As the Executive Director, I believe if it’s not fun; it’s not worth doing. I believe in giving one another the benefit of the doubt - doing so brings the best out of each other. Most importantly, I believe in performing at a high level, exceeding standards, and leading a team by modeling the way. Founded by these values, and alike team, I have had success with high-performing communities, and I am excited I can bring my positive energy to The Pillars of Prospect Park! I am passionate about promoting healthy living, fostering a strong community, and creating a safe atmosphere that promotes positive change. I feel blessed to be in this position to serve you and hope to learn your story.
I have been working in the senior living profession since 2015. Overall, I have been in healthcare since 2008, working for eight years as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Living in rural Minnesota gave me a unique opportunity to get involved in a small community and value relationships differently. While working as a counselor, I went back to school and obtained my MBA in Healthcare Leadership from The College of St. Scholastica. I appreciate the countless learning opportunities that have led me here today.
I live in Bloomington with my wife Becca and two boys, Grey Griffin and Elias Earl. Becca and I both have the privilege to work with seniors. As young parents, we are hyper-focused on the importance of family and relationships. We believe relationships are the heartbeat of purpose. In my free time, I enjoy cycling year-round. My wife and I love to travel; however, we are learning how to navigate trips differently with children.
